perfect spot for city explorations and park views

i really enjoyed my stay with easy access to the metro and was thrilled to find it just a short walk from the beautiful parc de la folie des cerisiers nearby, it was such a delight to stroll through the area and discover local cafes and shops.

The classic room was new-fashioned, had central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a study table. The price was £ 81. Location: the hotel was right by quiet neighbourhood, supermarket, pharmacy and police station, and great eating places such as starbucks. It also was in the centre of Paris.

Location: the hotel was not far from many nice restaurant, the inside garden and Paris. I visited Le Soleil a minute walk from the venue for a few drinks...

a Great location, clean room, friendly reception staff

Friendly, helpful staff. We had a split level family room, which was small, but comfortable. Location was good for us, as we needed to be in this part of Paris, and very convenient for the metro, but this is not a central location.

Compact family room, excellent shower pressure.

The room, although compact was immaculate. It was also great to have a bathroom with a bath. It is close to a number of stores, restaurant and bars so there are ample places to eat. It is also a just one minute from the metro station for those travelling into central Paris.

If you stay at the hotel, ask for a room overlooking the courtyard. My room overlooked Rue Louise Michel and throughout the night the sound of mopeds and loud conversations could be heard. Also don't be surprised to be woken up in the morning by the sounds of the building site a few doors down if you stay here during the week.

Good location, metro station is at the corner of the street. Reception staff was very friendly and supportive. Also, comfortable room. This hotel is a good value for money to have a decent staying in Paris

Breakfast may be improved, don't expect nothing special by 8,5 euros.

The sound insulation is practically non-existent!!! I was subjected to the continuous drama of neighboring coughs and snoring. The hallway carpets are stained, giving an off-putting first impression!!!

Good location, next to a tube stop and a reasonably priced car park. Small but clean rooms with free WiFi. Helpful staff.

Shower door was broken, and outside the room was a heavy smell of cigarette smoke.

The hotel is located near the Louise Michelle metro station. I appreciated the proximity to shops and cafes with convenient dining options. The front desk staff were polite and very accommodating. My room, however, was quite compact, especially for two people. The family room felt cramped, and my tall husband struggled with the shower space. Another downside was the air conditioning, which wasn't performing well. While the cleanliness was satisfactory, there were moments during breakfast when staff seemed overwhelmed, leading to a messy buffet and inadequate supplies. Thankfully, there were some highlights like the comfortable bed and decent height in the new bathrooms. It's a hotel that's decent for short stays, but with some tweaks to breakfast and room sizes, it could shine.

The air conditioning ! We were in Paris during the hottest weekend in 5 years (97 farenheit, 39 celcius), and after being out all day, we could come back to the roomy-- we could set the temperature as low as we wanted, and it worked fantastically well and quickly.

The location was a bit far from the center of Paris.

The location is perfect - a stones throw from the Metro at the corner - and the area is very quiet and safe. Go to the Patisserie across from the Metro - delicious! Hotel itself is fantastic value for money - clean and staff are very friendly and helpful
